On the journey between Carmarthen and Cardigan today, my student chauffer Matt takes the scenic route "over the top".As we reach the brow of one hill, we are greeted by the sight of 3 wind turbines.
I know there are concerns with their siting in rural areas but I am constantly moved when I discover them unexpectly like this. A much better view than pylons...
